Some of my clients still carried animosities from their childhood about their parents who did or said things to them as children that conditioned them to be a certain person that they don’t want to be at all and they needed to heal that part of them.

Also, some of them did judge their parents for decisions they made then, not knowing that this would make them go through an absolute same pattern when adults. These are also things that need to be healed so that you don’t attract the same patterns when adults. 

10.2. Clarify Your Values and Boundaries: Clarify your values and what you’re looking for in a partner. Establish clear boundaries for what you will and will not tolerate in a relationship. By knowing your worth and setting healthy boundaries conform your values and confidence, you can attract partners who align with your values and treat you with respect.
