Meditation Sessions, Lectures, and Video Clips

After many years of meditation and lectures at the Gnostic Centre I was asked to give meditation lectures for beginners, and it's opposite my office door twice a year. I've gladly accepted and due to this I'm not offering meditation sessions at my office anymore.

Our block of eight introductory meditation sessions are on Tuesdays from 7.30-8.30 pm twice a year - in March and in September. You're welcome to pursue the meditation after the introduction course, and
meditation at this centre is always free of charge and it is opposite my office door. Please ask me for more details or directly at the Gnostic Centre.

We will benefit from short lectures and handouts from the teachings of the Gnostic Movement, of which I am a member of since many years, but will also have Transcendental Meditation, Hindu Meditation, Tibetan Meditation, and will benefit from a range of renowned books, my own exercises, and Audio CDs as below.

Progressive Muscle Relaxation

Whether as a preliminary for meditation or to heal headaches, or just to relax and get a good night sleep, the Jacobsen Progressive Muscle Relaxation is a great help.
